Section 01

General Terms & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the vipta platform and all services under it. By browsing the vipta website, creating an account, or starting to use any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

Account Registration & Eligibility

Each individual may operate only one account.
Users must create an account in their own name and for their own use — operating an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
The mobile number and payment method used for the account must belong to the user.

Identity Verification

vipta reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national identity card or other government-issued documents may be requested if needed. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until identity verification is successfully completed.

Duplicate Accounts

If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are detected, vipta reserves the right to close those accounts and cancel any pending transactions. In such cases, bonuses and promotional benefits may be forfeited.

Age Restriction & Minor Protection

vipta strictly enforces a 21+ age requirement. No person under the age of 21 may create an account or use any service on this platform.

For ages 21+ only. This platform is operated exclusively for those who are 21 years of age or older.

If an account is found to be operated on behalf of a minor, or if use by a minor is detected, that account will be immediately and permanently closed and all balances will be forfeited.

A request to parents and guardians: please monitor your children's use of computers, mobile devices, and the internet to prevent them from accessing online gaming platforms.

Account Security & Login

Keep your vipta account password and login credentials completely confidential. Sharing login information with any third party is strictly prohibited.

Use a strong password — a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.

Avoid logging in from public computers or unfamiliar devices.
Always log out at the end of a session.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Accepted Payment Methods

vipta currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200.

Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification is pending.

Before processing a withdrawal request, vipta confirms that no bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled on the relevant account. If unfulfilled requirements exist, the withdrawal will be temporarily suspended.

vipta will not be held responsible for any failed transaction resulting from an incorrect mobile number or account details. Please verify all information carefully before making a deposit or withdrawal.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 yields a bonus of ৳1,000 — giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

Wagering Requirements

Winnings earned from a bonus must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings. Wagering multiplier is 20x.

General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer may have its own validity period and conditions.
A bonus may only be used by the account holder themselves.
Reading the specific terms of a promotion before participating is mandatory.
vipta reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
In the event of a breach of terms, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.

VIP Program Cashback

vipta's VIP Program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members receive up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver members up to 0.5%, and Gold members up to 0.8%. Advancement to a higher tier depends on gaming activity and engagement on the platform.

Section 07

Betting, Games & Rules of Play

Bet Validity

Once confirmed, a bet or game round cannot be cancelled; however, vipta reserves the right to make a discretionary decision in the event of a technical error.

Technical Issues

If a bet or game round is left incomplete due to a server outage, internet disconnection, or any other technical reason, vipta will arrange to refund that amount or restart the round where applicable.

Fair Play

Sports Betting

Prohibited Activities & Code of Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vipta platform:

Using another person's account or playing on their behalf.
Operating games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
Attempting unauthorized access to or modification of the platform's software, website, or servers.
Using the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing.
Misconduct, threats, or harassment toward other users.
Inappropriate behavior toward vipta officers or employees.
Intentionally providing false information.

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action if necessary.

Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by vipta

vipta may temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice due to a breach of terms, suspicious activity, or security-related reasons.

Closure by the User

You may close your vipta account at any time. Please withdraw your balance before closing. Contact our support team to close your account.

Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, you may apply for temporary or long-term self-exclusion. Any attempt to create a new account during a self-exclusion period will be cancelled and will be considered a breach of these Terms.
